Project Overview
The Spanish-Style Villa is a 4,000 sq. ft. residence conceived as a fully immersive
interpretation of Spanish architectural character. The project was envisioned as a cohesive
thematic environment where architectural form, spatial planning, and interior detailing
collectively express the warmth, richness, and timeless appeal associated with Spanish
design traditions.
A key objective was to ensure stylistic continuity across all layers of the project—from roof
profiles and façade articulation to interior finishes and decorative elements—creating a
residence that feels authentic rather than representational.
Architectural Planning & Design Character
The architectural language of the villa draws from classic Spanish typologies, incorporating
expressive roof forms, textured surfaces, and proportionally balanced openings. Spatial
planning was developed to support a sequence of interconnected living environments,
allowing for both intimate family spaces and generous social areas.
Courtyard relationships, transitional zones, and layered circulation patterns were considered
to reinforce the experiential quality of movement throughout the home.
Material Palette & Interior Language
Material selection plays a central role in establishing the Spanish identity of the villa. Warmtoned finishes, textured wall treatments, and handcrafted elements contribute to a tactile
and visually rich environment. Decorative detailing, surface articulation, and carefully
curated finishes work together to evoke a sense of heritage while maintaining contemporary
livability.
Spatial Experience & Custom Elements
Interior spaces are designed to reflect the architectural narrative through coordinated
detailing, custom features, and thematic consistency. Feature ceilings, bespoke joinery, and
decorative accents are integrated to reinforce character without compromising functionality.
