Anwardheen Residence is a thoughtfully crafted modern home designed to balance refined
aesthetics with everyday functionality. Located in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, this 2,500 sq. ft. 4 BHK
residence was planned as a fully customized living space that reflects contemporary design
sensibilities while accommodating the lifestyle needs of a modern family.
The design intent focused on creating a seamless visual flow across spaces while ensuring
each area retains its own identity and purpose.
Design Concept & Interior Language
The interiors follow a minimal contemporary design approach, anchored by a consistent
palette of white and walnut finishes. This combination acts as a unifying element throughout
the residence, bringing warmth and elegance to the otherwise clean and restrained interior
language.
White surfaces enhance brightness and openness, while walnut tones introduce depth and
balance, ensuring the spaces feel welcoming rather than stark.
Living & Family Spaces
The living and family rooms form the heart of the residence and are designed to make a
strong visual statement. A sculptural curved partition, paired with custom-designed panels,
serves as a key design highlight. This architectural element subtly defines zones without
interrupting spatial continuity, adding movement and softness to the overall layout.
The curved detailing enhances visual interest while maintaining openness, making the shared
spaces feel expansive and fluid.
Custom Elements & Material Detailing
Custom-designed glass partitions and doors play a significant role in elevating the interiors.
Designed and executed by Glassics, these glass elements introduce transparency, lightness,
and an artistic layer to the home. The partitions allow natural light to flow freely while
maintaining functional separation between spaces.
These bespoke glass features complement the minimal aesthetic and contribute to the
residence’s refined, contemporary character.
Functionality & Modern Living
The residence is planned with all contemporary amenities to support modern living. Each
bedroom is designed for comfort, privacy, and efficiency, while circulation spaces are kept
clear and intuitive. Custom detailing across furniture, partitions, and finishes ensures a
