Agarwall White House is a contemporary residential interior project designed to embody
elegance through simplicity. Located in Bengaluru, this 2,500 sq. ft. home reflects a modern
lifestyle defined by clarity, functionality, and timeless aesthetics. The design philosophy
centers on minimalism, where every element serves a purpose while contributing to a
cohesive and refined living environment.
The brief focused on creating a bright, spacious home with understated sophistication—
achieved through a disciplined palette, clean architectural lines, and thoughtfully integrated
details.
Design Concept & Visual Language
The interiors are defined by clean lines, neutral tones, and minimal detailing, creating a calm
and clutter-free atmosphere throughout the residence. White is used as the dominant colour
palette, covering nearly 90% of the interior surfaces. This approach enhances natural light,
amplifies spatial openness, and provides a seamless visual continuity across rooms.
To prevent monotony, feature walls and custom-designed furniture elements are strategically
introduced as visual anchors. These accents add depth and character while maintaining the
overall minimalist language of the home.
Material Palette & Finishes
A careful balance of materials elevates the interiors without overpowering the design. Glass
elements, textured finishes, and warm materials are thoughtfully layered to create contrast
and tactile richness. This interplay softens the starkness of white while reinforcing a refined,
modern aesthetic.
False ceilings are designed with cove and accent lighting to enhance spatial depth and define
